| Note 1: The Hong Kong PolyU handles HKD only. The exchange rate is at US$1 = HK$7.8. It is common practice to accept local currency only on the web, since this avoids exchange difference and bank charges. The banker of the payer may charge the payer at an amount converted by the banker, usually at the banking selling rate of exchange, and the payer would bear the exchange cost. |
| Note 2: The fees include conference proceedings, all refreshments for coffee/tea breaks, lunches and dinners for the duration of the Conference, and the round-trip transportation fee - Hong Kong / Macau / Hong Kong. They do not include other expenses such as, side/sightseeing trips around and within Hong Kong/Macau, hotel accommodation, ground transport to and from airport to hotel, and to and from hotel to conference venue. |

| Note 5: Registration will not be processed without payment. If a formal receipt is needed, there will be an additional charge of 3.3% of the total amount paid for the conference. Please deposit the additional charges together with the registration fees, and HITSGS will prepare the receipts for your collection at the conference site. |
